Depending on the type of workout section you are programming you'll choose different scoring options.
If your section doesn't need to be scored, leave the default 'No Scoring' selected.
If you are creating a workout section where there are a number of movements to be included, but you're only concerned about the overall score e.g. a AMRAP, select the 'Score by Section' option to ensure the scores for members are tracked properly.
Note: if you are doing strength work and tracking lifts, do not use this scoring type if you want the scores to be included in Movement Performance history.
If you are creating a workout section where the key focus is granular tracking of movement results e.g. a strength set or superset, select the 'Score by Movement' option as this will ensure your members scores are added to their history for the selected movements.
