You can track your lifts at any time in fitbox, so if you've been to Open Gym or substituted a movement that day you can still ensure your score is part of your past performance.
To log a movement result, click on the menu in the mobile app and select Performance.
A list of Movements will appear which you can search or scroll.
Search for the Movement you wish to log and select it, this will bring you to the scoring type selection.
Once you've selected a scoring type, enter your results. Note: you can update the date, so you can log scores from previous days/months.
Once you press submit you'll be directed to your Past Performance for that movement where you'll see all scores, regardless of whether they were entered as part of a Session or one-off by you.
