Setting up classes in Fitbox is a two part process. The first part is setting up the class which is based around the schedule and the second part is setting up the workout program. It is mandatory to setup the workout program as part of the process as the classes, attendance etc are attached to the workout program. To begin setting up the classes go to Coaching > Classes and select +Add Class .
Set the class type from pre-existing types or i +Create a new class type.
If you are creating a new class type the following form will appear. Fill out all sections and select Save.
Determine whether this class will finish after a certain DATE or NEVER if the class doesnt have an end date.
There is also the option to select the checkbox for Private Class if it is only intended towards a certain audience such as coaches or specific members.
If the class has a limit to the number of people who can attend such as a cycling class etc than the number of attendees can be given a limit.
The provided weekly schedule gives the ability to run classes at any time of the day or night. To schedule the class that is currently being created into one or more timeslots, double click on the timeslot.
This will open up the Session Details form which will allow you to program in which days at that timeslot will the class run. If the class has different attendance limits for different class times this can also be selected here. This will override the pre-existing Attendance Limit if it has been set up previously. All Coaches will appear in at the end of this form, select which coach will be taking this class. Once all Session Details have been filled out, select Save.
To Edit or Delete any of the classes, go to the main Classes page and this can be done from the right hand side of the page.
